Message	and I'd say quality wise it would stomp the SRT-4 easily..but if you only want power I would recomend the Neon unfortunately. A 2002-2003 SE-R can be had for as little as $12,000-14,000 now too whereas the Neon is still hovering around the 19,000-20,000 range. Good luck with your decision
